EXPLANATION TO UP- AND DOWNLOAD YOUR DATA

Dear Customers,
 
please follow the next explanations, to enable you to upload your data fast and safe or to download your data we have               provided for you:
 
1.  Please summarize your complete data, which you like to send to us in

one

ZIP, or Rar-archive together and add your
    name to it.

                                                      

2.  Click at the button "Server" to enter the welcome page of our server where you can up-or download your Data.
 
3.  On the right-side top you see a key-symbol. If you click on this symbol a window will open to enable you to enter all
    your personal entry data.
    After you have successfully entered your data, a page will be opened showing you a file with

 ( every user of our server will only see his own file. This is to make sure that no other user can see somebody else’s
    data or has access to this data. We try to reach the highest Data-Security possible.)
 
4.  To upload your data to our Server, please click now on the file with your name. After doing this the explorer of the  
    server will open. By clicking on the plus sign located at the right-top side the Window-Explorer of your Computer will
    will open. Now you can search and select your prepared and stored Zip or Rar-archive.  
    Finally click OK and the transfer of your Data to our Server will start.
    After the transfer is finished, for security reasons click again on the Key-Symbol to log-out of the Server.
                                                           
5.  After we are ready with your order, you will receive an Email from us informing you that that your ready data are now
    available to be downloaded from the Server.
    You now log-in again with your Entry-Data and click on the Zip or Rar-Archive in your file.
    You now will be requested to safe your data on your PC. After clicking on OK your Window-Explorer will open and
    now  you have to decide where you like to archive your Data on your PC.
    Finally you can now unpack the archive with Winzip, Winrar or any other program to enable you having free access
    again to your data.
